What should I check at the final walkthrough?

Confirm at the final walkthrough that every repair the seller agreed to is actually finished, that appliances and fixtures named in the contract are still present, and that utilities are on so you can test faucets, outlets and the HVAC system. Check for new damage that wasn't there during the inspection, since moving out can cause dents or scratches the seller may need to address. Bring the inspection report and repair agreement along so nothing gets missed.
