Georgia has no program on its books called 467-m; that particular tax abatement belongs to a different state's tax code and has no counterpart here. Georgia's closest equivalent tools are the standard homestead exemption and, for some owners, additional exemptions set at the county level, neither of which works like a construction tax abatement.
