A final walk-through is the buyer's last chance to confirm the property is in the same condition as when the offer was made, and that any repairs the seller agreed to have actually been completed, typically scheduled within a day or two before closing. It is not a new inspection opportunity to renegotiate the price over issues that were already known and accepted earlier in the process.
