Finding something wrong at the walkthrough means contacting your agent and the closing attorney immediately, before the closing appointment rather than after. Depending on the issue, the fix is usually a short delay to complete the repair, a credit negotiated against the sale price, or funds held back at closing until the work is done. Closing generally still happens once buyer and seller agree on one of those paths, rather than the deal falling apart entirely.
