Do I need to stage a home that is already in good condition?
A home in good condition can still benefit from light staging, since staging is less about hiding flaws and more about helping buyers picture themselves living in the space, which even well-maintained homes do not always do on their own. Decluttering, depersonalizing family photos, and arranging furniture to show each room's purpose usually matter more than new furniture. Whether a fuller staging package adds enough value depends on the price point and what else is competing for the same buyers. Joel Boss can tell you if your home needs more.
